Health Guarantee

Dream Bullies & Pugs will replace your pet if any Veterinarian Diagnosed congenital or genetic/hereditary condition presents itself within the 1st 6 months of life and the following conditions are met: 

Buyer must notify breeder by phone immediately (within 24 hours) of the diagnosis of the condition and request a replacement puppy.

All shots, worming, and heartworm preventative must be kept up to date and documented by a licensed Veterinarian, records of which are to be provided to Breeder by e-mail or Fax. A heartworm test must be done on the pet by your Vet and the results must be Negative. If a positive test results, your pet does not qualify for replacement.

The pet must not be altered in any way. If you wish to spay or neuter your pet you must wait until the pet is 1 year of age or this Guarantee is Null and Void. Note: Spaying or neutering young animals can contribute to improper bone, muscle growth, & maturity, which is especially important in the Bulldog Breeds.

The pet, signed AKC Papers and All Health Records must be returned to the Breeder at Owner’s expense within 7 days of a replacement request to be eligible for a replacement.

If the Breeder agrees, I may keep my original pet & receive a replacement pet if I return the signed AKC Papers on the original pet and pay a recovery fee of $900 or ½ the regular adoption fee(whichever is greater) of the replacement pet.

I understand that replacement pets have NO Guarantee; The Breeder cannot & does not replace replacement pets.

I understand that any condition found to be the fault of improper care or diet is NOT Covered under this Guarantee.

Any condition or illness contracted AFTER the Buyer takes possession of the pet is NOT covered by this Guarantee. Example: Pneumonia. Hereditary conditions are present at birth & therefore cannot be contracted.

The Breeder will replace my pet with the 1st available equal of the same breed & sex. I understand that the Breeder has the right to withhold specific puppies from the replacement program at their choosing.

I understand that The Breeder will not pay Vet Bills or reimburse me for any Vet or Other Bills in connection with original pet or replacement pet under ANY circumstances.
